Post-secondary education or certification in Project Management, Business Management, or a similar field

3+ years of experience in a Project Management role

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools/software

Experience/knowledge in Web and Production is considered an asset

Experience/knowledge in Wrike is considered an asset

Develop and manage creative and digital production budgets

Provide excellent customer service at all times

Ensure member’s clubs are cleaned and stored properly

Ensure all guest’s clubs are washed prior to playing golf

Maintain pull cart fleet to ensure each cart is in working order

Clean and charge power caddies on a daily basis

Ensure carts have all required components: towels, scorecard, pencil and filled sand bottle

Dust television (rotate side-to-side) and check to ensure remotes are working

Proven experience as room attendant with a keen sense of attention to detail

Knowledge of general cleaning processes and methods

Working knowledge of tools, common appliances and devices

Manual dexterity and problem-solving skills

Empty all trash receptacles, clean container and install trash bag

Serve as the hub for knowledge management / communication relating to your programs (be the "single source of truth")

Risk and change management planning, mitigation, and controls

Working with groups within Sales, Marketing, Leadership, and Customer Success to elicit and define requirements for complex, cross-functional programs

4-7 years of B2B marketing experience with experience managing highly complex, cross-functional projects

Experience creating and optimizing programs, stunning campaigns, webinars, and journeys that truly impact the audiences they reach

Must be proficient in understanding data to make informed marketing decisions that yield the highest outcome against goals

Minimum of 5 years experience in case management in working with clients across Mental, Physical, Behavioural and Developmental Health

Knowledge, skills and abilities required to support families in accessing services and navigating systems including children's residential facilities

Well-developed knowledge of community processes and services
