Experience managing large to medium scale projects and planning multi-channel media for large budgets

10 years of previous BA experience in Capital Markets and Front-Office Trading applications

Prior experience working with technology stakeholders including third-party suppliers

Hands-on experience with Advanced Excel

Excellent knowledge of best practices in project management methodology

Excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational, strategic planning, and project management skills

Certification in Project Management is optional, but desirable.

Report and escalate to management as needed

Perform risk management to minimize project risks

Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques

Strong leadership, organizational, communication and relationship-management skills

Experience in all aspects of the project is preferred: design development, working drawings, contract administration, and field services

Monitoring of project controls and associated reporting as well as profit & loss responsibilities for the practice

Minimum of 5-10+ years of related experience as a project architect, with construction phase experience

Knowledge of building codes, standards and building structures

Demonstrated background of experience detailing institutional buildings, both new and renovations.
