Five years experience in hospitality or customer service

Assists with scheduling, payroll, coaching, performance management, hiring, performance reviews, and training for all Guest Services team members;

Previous supervisory responsibilities preferred in a customer-facing and/or hospitality position;

Have extensive knowledge of revenue management.

Ability to apply supervisory/management (soft) skills.

Minimum of six years’ hotel management experience required

Knowledge of computer accounting programs, math skills as well as budgetary analysis capabilities required

Direct, manage train and counsel sales, catering and revenue management staff.

Extensive knowledge of the hotel, its services and facilities and competitive markets.
