You know what you are talking about: you have experience working in the optical field or in a reception/office administration role

You have excellent written and verbal communication skills

You have intermediate-level experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) with the ability to type 50 wpm

You are detail-oriented with strong organization skills
