Assist experienced Tireman until fully trained (level 1).

Previous experience dis-assembling/assembly and removal/installation of OTR tire/wheel assemblies.

Tire Manipulator (forklift or Loader style) experience an asset.

Tire truck (knuckle boom) manipulator experience an asset.

Assist in inventory management through documentation processes and annual inventory counts

Complete and maintain a variety of safety courses including Whimis, TIA, Rim Safety course, and Customer Experience Standards

We would like to find an experienced tire professional, however we are willing to train the right candidate!

Compensation $18-$24/hour based on experience

Assist Shop Manager with any additional tasks not outlined in job description as needed

Minimum 1 year experience in tire and wheel installation is required.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Installation - Mounting, balancing and installation of new wheels and tires on vehicles.

Tire Repairs – Responsible to inspect and determine best method of repair and completing the repair.

The responsibility to keep yourself and your coworkers safe

• Provide guidance and input to clients for job related safety and emergency response.

• Provide rescue equipment, and retrieval from confined spaces in the event of an emergency

• Provide excellent customer service and follow and abide by all RONC Safety Standard Operating Procedures

• Completion of rescue plans specific to the customer site and/or job

• Identification of site-specific rescue anchor points and development of site-specific raising/lowering plan

• Completion of Job Safety Analysis (JSA) documentation

Must have Steel Toed Boots

Must be able to collaborate well in a team environment
