Where You'll Be Working


Location Aurora


Schedule 14x14 (days only)


Overtime Provided after 8 hours a day or 44 hours a week


Accomodations Camp is not provided. $5 Living Out Allowance per hour.


Transportation Bussing provided from Ft. McMurray (before and after shifts).


Hourly Rate Up to $48.49- $58.30 an hour. (NOTE The rate is a range and will depend on level of experience).

What You'll Be Doing


  • Prepare and assemble OTR tires for installation/repair.
  • Assist experienced Tireman until fully trained (level 1).
  • Set up haul trucks and heavy equipment for tire work.
  • Operate Tire manipulators to assemble/install wheel/tire assemblies (or willing to be trained on these).


What Makes You The ONE


  • Tire Industry Association Certificate (TIA) or TIA Training required.
  • Previous experience dis-assembling/assembly and removal/installation of OTR tire/wheel assemblies.
  • Tire truck (knuckle boom) manipulator experience an asset.
  • Class 3 license required (willing to train and reimburse if successful candidate does not have Class 3)
  • Tire Manipulator (forklift or Loader style) experience an asset.


What's Next


If you are chosen to move forward in our hiring process for a site-based role, you will be asked to provide the following


  • Audiometric Testing
  • Be subject to Random Testing at Suncor, Suncor Fort Hills and Kearl sites
  • Valid CSO
  • Criminal Record Check
  • Undergo and successfully pass the following pre-employment testing
  • Vision Screening
  • Urine Drug Test
  • Breath Alcohol Test
  • Provide a valid Class 5 Driver’s License and ability to provide a recent Driver’s Abstract
  • Fitness-to-Work Health Assessment


Once dispatched the following processes will occur


  • After all results and paperwork are received by NACG, candidates will be contacted by Site Admin to schedule orientation and confirm your start date and other site-specific details
  • An email will be sent with all required New Hire Paperwork to be filled out
  • Will receive a call from NACG to set up all required pre-employment testing


Please note The onboarding process can take anywhere from 3-8 business days.
