0-3 years’ experience in marketing/ advertising industry

Strong communication and analytical skills to understand customer business, elicit the needs and articulate them back effectively for feedback and solutions

A fast learner with an ability to understand existing ERP system

Ability to understand and document As-Is process flows and, consult and create To-Be process flows

Champion optimal and best practices of use and implementation of the ERP system in client's organization

Champion best practices of governance of the ERP system

To support the manager in delivering quality service across the units

To communicate effectively with your manager and team

To fully understand and interpret the CH&CO brand in terms of food and food service.

Provide single session 1:1 in person or telephone support for clients who will benefit from supports to alleviate any immediate distress

Assist clients and families to identify their concerns, increase their awareness, access resources and appropriate education about mental health and addictions

Understand the experiences and needs of the mental health and addictions populations

Build rapport and initiate conversation with others using interpersonal skills

Demonstrate crisis intervention skills for both telephone and in-person situations

Strong financial analysis, quantitative, analytical and project management skills.

Post-secondary education with a bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction or business preferred. A Professional Engineering degree is an asset.

Outstanding negotiating skills and a proven closer.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills demonstrated through the ability to appropriately adjust messaging for various levels of stakeholders.

Experience managing in a unionised environment.

Preparing and delivering lessons tailored to students' learning goals, abilities, and interests.

Helping students prepare for tests and exams like IB and AP exams and developing study strategies to improve their test-taking skills.

Staying up-to-date on the latest educational practices and technologies to provide the most effective instruction possible.

Excellent communication and teaching skills

Strong knowledge and expertise in the subject matter you are teaching.

Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in the target subject.
