3+ years of experience in a product owner or product management role.

Strong understanding of product management principles, methodologies, and best practices developing optimizations, A/B testing and reporting metrics.

Able to provide strategic recommendations backed by data and product management best practices.

Use design thinking and a deep understanding of the iterative user experience design process.

Relationship management: Primary contact for the client when it comes to the member experience and member communications.

Superior planning and project management skills with a proven ability to negotiate, pivot and problem solve, and complete with tight timeframes

Communications: Draft communications and create presentations to help clients meet their fiduciary responsibilities as well as their wellness objectives.

Outstanding verbal and written communication skills

Strong presenter with proven ability to deliver high impact presentations (shortlist presentation or presenting education strategy at pension committee meetings)

Good knowledge of Testing Life Cycle, SDLC and Defect Management processes for application support and development.

Hands-on experience in executing manual/automated test cases and reporting to senior management for complex multi-application system integrations.

Good knowledge of QE Processes, Methodologies and Test Design techniques with hands on experience on ALM/Q-test, JIRA and Confluence.

Provide daily status to QE Lead/Manager on projects under test deliverables.

Work with QE Lead/Manager on integration testing and bring up risks in a timely fashion to prepare for contingency.
