A minimum of seven (7) years of progressive experience in an advisory role focused on human rights, equity, and inclusion;
Experience in designing and delivering training workshops related to human rights, equity, and inclusion in multi-modality formats;
Knowledge of human rights and diversity issues that arise in a university setting;
Exceptional interpersonal skills, including effective verbal/written communication skills and adept listening skills;
Training and/or certificate in Adult Education and/or Facilitation
Training and/or certification in Universal Design for Learning

Maintain knowledge of collective agreements, City policies and practices, legislation, regulations and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Demonstrated experience supporting the development of tools and resources to apply an intersectional diversity lens to programs and services.
