Certified Human Resource Professional (CHRP) designation strongly preferred.

Manage market/industry mapping for your assigned Prospect portfolio

2+ years of experience in sales and business development

Excellent communication, problem-solving skills and team orientation

Computer and digital communication knowledge

Growing and developing a client database through building client relationships, cold calling and client/prospect visits in a specific local territory

Follow-up with clients & prospects to confirm that staffing plans and candidate needs are met

Certificate in Human Resource Management from a recognized post-secondary institution with combination of experience.

Management Support – performance management, attendance management.

Employee Engagement – experience in leading employee engagement initiatives which create a great work environment.

Undergraduate degree in a relevant discipline from a recognized post-secondary institution.

Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) designation preferred.
