Human Factors Engineering Technical Leader Jobs

Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate and document customer requirements

Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements

Map client business requirements, processes and objectives; develops necessary product modifications to satisfy clients' needs.

Facilitate the implementation and support of Success Factor (focus on ECP and nice to have EC)

Design, customize, configure and testing of SF and S/4 Integrations.

Demonstrate compliance to customer and certification regulation requirements

Knowledge of civil aircraft Type Certification and Supplemental Type Certificate process for FAR PART 23/25, CS-25/23

Creating conceptual cockpit layouts and architectures based on customer requirements

Identify issues/problems during development/certification and provide recommendations for resolution; identify program impacts and prepare technical descriptions

Minimum Bachelor of Engineering and; or equivalent experience

Additional training and experience in team management, an asset

Experience and leadership as an electronic designer in a context of multidisciplinary projects (mechanical, low-level software, certification, manufacturing issues)

Very good sense of priority management, great autonomy

Actively participate in the development of his team's schedule in collaboration with the project manager;

Solid experience in complex electronic design (signal integrity >10Gbps, use of complex integrated circuits such as FPGA, CPU, DDR4 among others)

Excellent planning and project monitoring skills.

Perform engineering work following SNC-Lavalin/Candu Energy procedures and QA programs, and applicable codes, standards, and regulatory requirements.

Co-ordinate HF work scope for major projects including definition of work scope, communicating client requirements, monitoring and reporting progress.

Manage assigned work effectively, including prioritizing, executing, managing schedule and budget, and reporting, to meet project goals.

Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a multidisciplinary team environment.

Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.

Provide support to plant facility system design engineers to integrate human factors into design modifications for new projects.
