Specific Qualifications or Experience Required:

The Senior IT Operations Shift Manager is responsible for the following functions:

· Experience supporting an enterprise Server environment including Microsoft and Unix operating systems.

· Experience with Operations monitoring practices and tool sets.

· Experience with ITIL processes [E.g. Change, Incident, Problem] required and ITIL designation preferred.

Ensures all loss prevention standards are implemented, manages daily cash office inventory and cashier tracking, tracking sheets, PC Optimum procedures

Complies with all Health and Safety requirements

Knowledge of products and supplies

Ensures cashier/merchandising staff comply with all store policies and operating procedures

Trains cashiers/merchandisers in job functions

Provides on-going guidance and instruction

Excellent organizational, project management, and analytical skills, with strong attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task and prioritize projects.

Experience in financial management and reporting.

Manage the AI Hub’s financial operations in accordance with college policy and external funder requirements.

Provide technical guidance on complex Artificial Intelligence project requirements.

Recruit, hire, and manage employees, assign work, allocate resources, and optimize team performance and professional capacity.

Three to five years of relevant industry experience and demonstrated ability in fields and technologies relevant to artificial intelligence project opportunities.

Strong project management skills and ability to juggle multiple tasks and projects

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Partnership engagement, establishment and management to foster program development and delivery to address Brampton’s youth needs.

Provide strategic support, critical analysis, guidance and advice related management of the Youth Hub , Youth Hub Advisory Group

Respond to emergencies and incidents managing critical care, response and follow-up with staff, volunteers, customers, management and emergency teams.

Provide strategic support, critical analysis, guidance and advice to the Youth Hub management team.
