- Experience in administrative tasks such as, updating ISNetwork, Complyworks, Work hub and other systems.

Extensive knowledge with HSSE management systems

Support with the maintenance of the HSE management system

Manage incidents reporting and classification, coordinate incident investigations, and track investigation actions through Shell’s global incident reporting system

Monitor and effectively implement road safety strategy with the central road safety Subject Matter Experts (SME) and fleet manager

10+ years of related work experience; preferably in the gas and power markets in Canada

Proficient skills in Personal Safety, Process Safety, Road Safety, emergency preparedness and response, and incident investigations

And; Collaborate with management to identify areas where safety improvements can be made.

Possess the safety attitude to sustain the safety culture from the front line to the supervisors to management;

Experience in coaching and developing employee’s knowledge and ability to deliver on QEHS expectations;

Lead annual maintenance and recertification safety audits for Certification of Recognition (COR);

5-7 years of experience in Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental role, preferably in the oil and gas sector;

Proficient in managing pre-qualification registries (ISNetworld, Avetta, CQ Network, CanQual);
