Compliance Expertise: Knowledge of federal, provincial, and local payroll regulations, tax filings, and remittances.
Technology Proficiency: Comfortable with new technology and specific experience with payroll software, cloud-based systems, and leveraging technology for process improvement.
Analytical Skills: Strong ability to review and analyze payroll data, conduct audits, and reconcile discrepancies.
Communication and Collaboration: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and ability to engage and collaborate with different internal and external stakeholders.
