• Assist Décor Manager as per assignment by Director of Administration & Décor

• Experience with Avesdo, Newstar & Interactive Abode would be an asset.

• Experience with working in Design Studio would be an asset.

• Provide direct support to Director of Sales Administration and Décor

Perform window cleaning services for residential homes in Kingston, Ontario.

Use industry-standard tools and equipment to ensure efficient and effective cleaning.

Safely access windows at various heights using ladders and other necessary equipment.

Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns.

Work independently or as part of a team to complete assigned tasks within given timeframes.

Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a secure working environment.

Provide regular progress reports to the project manager and senior management.

Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.

Manage and coordinate all construction activities for the 3-storey townhome project from start to finish.

10-15 years of experience in low-rise residential construction, with a focus on the full cycle development of 3-storey townhomes.

Extensive knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations.

Proven experience in managing construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
