Heavy Maintenance Planning Specialist Jobs

Collaborate with the Purchasing team to improve integration between Inventory Management and Maintenance workflows/systems.

Record, manage and implement change requests for scheduled/preventive maintenance (SM/PM) tasks.

0-2 years experience in a related field.

Detail oriented with an aptitude for accurate data entry and review.

Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.

Complete all prescribed safety training.

- Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office, Work Order Management System Asset Management, and Atlassian Confluence/Jira

- 3 Years' progressive administrative, customer service, and/or preventative maintenance organizational experience

- Experience ideally obtained in a complex public sector or manufacturing environment preferred

- Demonstrated ability to create and manage complex schedules with several variables

- Knowledge of general office administration policies

- Exceptional customer service skills to handle enquiries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner

Strong knowledge of MRO parts and management of stock rooms

Must be knowledgeable and be able to follow GMPs, Food Safety and Health & Safety requirements

College diploma in purchasing/inventory management graduate considered an asset

Manage spare parts inventory to minimize cycle count deficiencies

Manage parts receiving and put away as well as issue out of inventory to work orders

Manage the activities of the stock room coordinator

Maintain records management for all planning-related documentation.

Three years of experience relating to office administration.

Related experience in equipment planning.

Business letter writing skills and basic report preparation.

Excellent English (spoken/written/grammar/punctuation); detail oriented; superb organizational skills.

Must maintain confidentiality; work in a team environment and have excellent interpersonal/communication skills.

5 years hands-on supervisory experience with machinery, production lines or related fields

Strong critical thinking and organizational skills

Check quality standards and functionality of services and machines regularly.

Escalate any problems early and schedule repairs in order to minimize loss to business.

Conduct regular assessments and trainings to ensure safety of employees.

Analyze processes to ensure efficient functioning and perform analysis to make adjustments.
