Minimum of 1 year Security Supervisory experience

Minimum 2 years Security Guard experience

Strong communication skills in English

Must be able to provide coaching, training, and update site Manager on new trainees progress

Previous security experience in healthcare industry would be an asset

Serve as the Manager on Duty providing leadership during assigned shifts

Ability to work various shifts in a 7/365 team orientated environment, including weekends and holidays.

Ability to pass the Criminal Background Check performed by the Airport Pass Permit Control Office

Support regular officer's afterhours including Paladin Operations Centre and Scheduling with responsibilities delegated to them.

Assists in developing, implementing, maintaining and evaluating an overall security program, including Post Orders, Policy & Procedure Manuals, and OH&S programs.

Compile accurate statistics on a monthly basis.

Conducts threat, risk assessments and provide recommendations for security and safety improvements.

Conduct investigations when incidents and situations occur as required.

Perform other duties as required and/or requested.

Minimum 1 year of security-related experience preferred.

Experience in a supervisory capacity, preferably in a security environment is an asset.

Effective interpersonal and communication skills.

Strong decision making and problem-solving skills.

Valid Security License or Basic Security Training.

Ability to work well under pressure and with limited supervision.

Demonstrate Strong organizational and interpersonal skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks required

Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in a health care setting required

Minimum of one (1) year experience supporting Cancer Care programs preferred

Demonstrated knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet applications

Good interpersonal and communication skills

Experience with EFR, Megamation, SHARE, SAP and MFUs preferred

Détenir une certification en premiers soins et RCR;

Assurer la planification, l’organisation et l’animation de l’ensemble de la programmation;

Encadrer une équipe de bénévoles et d’animateurs spécialisés notamment pour les activités du volet arts et participation citoyenne;

Participer aux événements de promotion de la Zone Jeunesse (écoles, CJE, autres.);

Assurer une offre de service de qualité en lien avec les principes et valeurs des YMCA du Québec.

Détenir une formation en éducation spécialisée, travail social, intervention en délinquance ou tout autre domaine connexe;
