Undergraduate degree in Business with minimum of 5 years practical business management experience or equivalent in a progressively responsible leadership position.
Experience on a management team preferred.
Excellent research, project management, strategic thinking skills.
Experience working with Christian charities as an employee, professional service provider, or volunteer.
Good knowledge of how Christian faith, life, and practice can be infused into the administration of a Christian church or ministry.
