Come and share your expertise!We are seeking a new Head of Administration to lead our highly capable Admin team. This is a chance for you to use your skills to support Christian charities across Canada in becoming as healthy and effective as possible. This is such an important position and requires both experience as well as strong Christian faith.

HERE IS WHAT YOU WILL GET TO DO IN THIS ROLE:

Lead the Administration staffto ensure the effective performance of various administrative duties. Establish trust and be a constant support to the experts working under you. You will model how the administrative function is included as a vital component of Christian ministry.

Support our whole teamso that all aspects of the CCCC office function effectively and efficiently. You will manage the facility requirements to keep the office at an expected working condition, and ensure that everyone is getting what they need.

Manage our key ongoing initiativessuch as the Bulletin newsletter, webinars, and eblasts. You will work collaboratively with the Head of Knowledge & Publications and Head of Marketing to produce printed and electronic material for the Learning Table, Knowledge Base, and CCCC web store.

Code our webpageunder the guidance of our I.T. department. You will work with a variety of software to keep things running smoothly.

Represent Christian ministries in the sectorthrough your interactions with members, and other people that reach out to CCCC. You will be a representative of our team to many people.

You are motivated to support Christian ministries and want to help them fulfill their missions. You might have served on a board or volunteered some other way, but you have a heart for service and doing important, meaningful work.


QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience working with Christian charities as an employee, professional service provider, or volunteer.
  • Good knowledge of how Christian faith, life, and practice can be infused into the administration of a Christian church or ministry.
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Undergraduate degree in Business with minimum of 5 years practical business management experience or equivalent in a progressively responsible leadership position.
  • The ability to grasp new concepts quickly and confidence in their ability to grow (continuous learner.
  • Agreement with CCCC’s Statement of Faith and Community Covenant
  • Experience on a management team preferred.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and Monday.com is preferred.
  • Excellent research, project management, strategic thinking skills.
  • Strong interest in serving people and solving problems.
  • A high level of proficiency with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as Google Workspace. Willingness to learn additional software as needed.

LOCATION

This position will be remote work within the candidate’s home office. A hybrid working model (remote and in-office) is available if you’re located close enough to our office in Elmira and would prefer that arrangement.
