Key Qualifications and Demonstrated Abilities:

College certificate or University degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience to compensate.

Minimum of 4 years of proven experience in software development.

Excellent programming and analysis skills with a strong appreciation for the role of technology in business and software solutions.

Experience with containerization (docker, other) will be an asset.

Experience with Azure application development is an asset but not necessary for the role.

Will be required to complete and maintain current the requirements of the Corporate Management Windsor Certificate.

Must have working knowledge of the Microsoft Suite of Products such as Word, Excel, etc.;

Must have proven oral and written communication skills;

Must have excellent interpersonal skills;

Must have knowledge of the Occupational Health and Safety Act, its regulations and knowledge of hazards associated with work;

A working knowledge of the ActiveNet computer software program is considered an asset;

Be accountable for timely notification and effective management of internal and client-related changes.

Contribute to the periodic Corporate Quality Management Review and ensures a harmonized implementation of risk mitigation initiatives.

These are the skills and experience you will need to succeed as the Senior Director of Quality:

Comprehensive knowledge of global GMP regulatory requirements for biologics and vaccine products.

Overseeing the GMP operations at the manufacturing plant and ensure adherence to applicable laws and regulations, corporate policies/standards, and client requirements.

Effectively manage the site’s GMP training program. Champions initiatives for continued learning and development.

Directs and coordinates company financial planning as well as various budget management functions as needed.

Extensive knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles incl. IFRS.

Manages the preparation of financial outlooks and financial forecasts throughout tkSCS.

Develops record-keeping procedures and manages appropriate department records in accordance with applicable regulations, policies, and standards.

6+ year minimum experience in supervisory role

Leadership and team building experience
