7+ years of experience working with software products

Prior start-up or product experience, systems or engineering background

6+ years of experience in product management inside of a mobile app or platform ecosystem

Translate high-level technical requirements into actionable tasks for the engineering team, ensuring successful implementation of the playable ads solution.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering, or a Business degree with some technical professional experience.

Experience in a fast pace, early-stage startup environment

Proven track record of leading and managing in a remote environment

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels

Experience working with or integrating other core supply chain systems; order/inventory management systems, transportation management systems is an asset.

Project Management Professional (or similar) certification is an asset.

A wide range of supply chain services, such as order fulfillment and inventory management, technical services and more.

A wide range of transportation management solutions.

Adept at coaching and change management and working closely with operational and technical teams to advance new ways of working.

Comfortable working in a matrix environment and experience working with a variety of internal and external stakeholder groups and vendors.

Experience with Adobe Campaign Manager an asset

Lead a team and manage our external email agency.

10+ years of hands-on experience leading the end-to-end creation and deployment of customer lifecycle/retention strategies

Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies and working in Agile teams is desirable

Experience building and managing email and automation processes and workflows that scale

Understanding and experience implementing ESP level APIs to trigger and automate emails

Creates business case notes for every win and sends along with the SOP to the respective regions’ product managers.

Maps and profiles customers in the key tradelane.

Prioritizes top customers in the lanes based on their business potential.

Maps developments with each customer and devise action plans.

Ensures due attention to new opportunity.

Prepares and updates organizational chart for all contacts across regions for the key tradelanes.

Develop and enforce operational processes, ensuring efficient management of air freight capacity, including cargo acceptance, space allocation, and scheduling.

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (such as logistics, supply chain management, or business administration).

Excellent managerial and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve targets and meet objectives.

Lead and manage a team of air freight professionals, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure effective performance and development.

Several years of experience in air freight forwarding, with a proven track record of leadership and driving business growth.

Exceptional negotiation and communication skills, both verbal and written.
