Provide the ultimate shopper experience in an engaging and well-informed professional fashion

Educate Retail Sales Associate partners and shoppers on specific product features and benefits on various technology

Minimum of 2 years of in-person retail selling experience

Experience working with technology and prestige luxury brands an asset

Proven track record of successful sales experience, exceeding quotas

Strong negotiation skills combined with adaptable approach to selling

Detail oriented with strong time management and organizational skills

Support the Manager of Styling in the performance management process for team members

Bachelor’s degree or College diploma in fashion management or a related field

Liaise with Manager of Styling and Styling Specialist to achieve daily production targets while adhering to strict visual standards

Manage the inventory of styling equipment

Support the Manager's recruiting strategy by screening, interviewing and onboarding new full time and freelance stylists

Provide the ultimate shopper experience in an engaging and well-informed professional fashion

Educate Retail Sales Associate partners and shoppers on specific product features and benefits on various technologies

Minimum of 2 years of in-person retail selling experience

Experience working within the beauty industry, preferably prestige/luxury brands

Proven track record of successful sales experience, achieving or exceeding quotas

Experience in haircare and hair tools is considered an asset
