Overview Guest Relations Specialists are responsible for providing excellent customer service to guests in a hospitality setting. They are the first point of contact for guests and are responsible for ensuring that guests have a pleasant and enjoyable experience. They are also responsible for resolving any issues that may arise during a guest’s stay. Detailed Job Description Guest Relations Specialists are responsible for greeting guests upon arrival and providing them with information about the hotel and its services. They must be knowledgeable about the hotel’s amenities, services, and policies. They must also be able to answer any questions guests may have. Guest Relations Specialists must be able to handle any complaints or issues that may arise during a guest’s stay. They must be able to provide solutions to any problems that may arise. They must also be able to provide guests with information about local attractions and activities. Job Skills Required
