Project Management Institute (PMI) qualifications or similar formal training preferred

Expertise in budget and resource management and prioritization frameworks

MBA/M.S./M.A., or equivalent level of experience

10+ years of experience within one or more functional role(s) in pharmaceutical R&D drug development, biotechnology, or related industry

Managing all associated GPT sub-teams and tracking integrated deliverables, and preparing the GPT for governance interactions at program inflection points

Representing the vision and mission of the department to the Alexion organization and provide mentorship to junior staff

Good knowledge of biostatistics, Clinical Development, global regulatory environment and pharmacovigilance and working knowledge of medical affairs and payer environment

Proven cross-functional teamwork and collaboration skills

Excellent presentation skills. Can communicate effectively with internal and external collaborators

Demonstrated leadership qualities with focus on collaborative working skills, trust and openness, irrespective of cultural setting

An understanding of the interplay between clinical, commercial objectives, drug safety and regulatory requirements

Life Science-based degree at Masters or above (i.e. M.D., PHD, PharmD, Masters in Life Science-based area)

Project management skills with demonstrated experience to self-manage complex delivery in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

Industry experience with corporate programs to manage and reduce scope 3 GHG emissions

Analytical capabilities and experience managing complex data, advanced Excel and data analytics proficiency.

Degree in related field (e.g. MBA, Master’s in Sustainability Management, Environmental science)

Work with Net Zero Operations to support Citi’s scope 3 GHG reporting requirements and working towards reduction objectives.

Strong and effective communications skills.

Prior Project Management experience, PMP certification a plus

Develop and utilize methods to maintain visibility into and track status of all pursuits that could quality for program management.

Manage and participate in consultative FEED/FEL projects that will serve to define full program execution.

Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of related technical experience.

Experience within the Auto/Tire industry

Coordinates a strategy for program execution in conjunction with customer stakeholders.

University Degree (graduation by May 2023 preferably in Business Administration, International Business, Economics, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Commerce, or related degree)

A team player with strong collaborative and networking skills

International experience is a strong asset

Excellent MS Office skills, especially in Excel and PowerPoint

Technically minded and has an interest in packaging and logistics

Strategic mindset, creative problem-solving, and analytical ability

Proven analytical problem solving, multi-tasking, and time management skills

0 – 2 years of professional experience working in an operations area

Strong communication skills, with the ability to present technical information and prepare concisely written reports

Experience with PC Applications such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint

3.0+ GPA in CAN / US or 80%+ in Mexico

Be willing to enroll in the full 3-year program (starting July 2022)
