Global Data Analytics Specialist Jobs

Manage discussions with internal and external project teams.

Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies, and translate findings into meaningful business insights.

A University degree related to computer engineering, software development, electrical or mechanical engineering.

Proven hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and Google Tag Manager.

Prior experience gathering data requirements and providing data-driven recommendations.

Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics relevant to the business objectives and translate them into data requirements.

Analyze data trends, patterns, and user behavior to deliver actionable recommendations that drive business growth and optimize digital experiences.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging analytics technologies, and best practices to drive innovation and improve analytical capabilities.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or related fields.

Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

Collect, consolidate, execute reliability checks of D&T data

Partner with stakeholders to proactively identify opportunities that support D&T transparency increase

Consolidate and structure data from multiple data sources into easy-to-use data visualizations & dashboards

Build dashboard to deliver impactful and actionable insights

Support end users & resolves data issues/questions

Experience with ITIL service management framework and best practices.

Knowledge and experience with enterprise scale ERP, CRM, and BI platforms, working with various stakeholders across the business areas.

Experience working with managed service providers, SaaS services, and hosted solutions.

Experience developing and maintaining knowledge base documentation.

Work with established data management and analytics teams to design, develop, test, and deploy business solutions in the Data Analytics space

Strong knowledge of and hands-on experience with the suite of BObj tools with emphasis on Web Intelligence, Crystal Reports.

Assist management in determining the scope and impact of enhancement requests and/or projects, estimating effort and timelines
