Working across all segments and geographies that we serve, this management role will oversee and coach a team of adoption specialists

Design, develop and track adoption metrics for Global Success Program in partnership with product management

Partnering with CSM leadership to define and drive the overall strategy, planning and program management and reporting metrics

Thorough understanding of business management, forecasting strategy and techniques

Responsible for Global Success and Adoption program in all markets that D2L serves including K-12, higher education, corporate and government globally

Connect your team's day-to-day accountabilities to D2L's mission by setting clear objectives and performance expectations with your team members.

Coordinate work experience practicums and monitor student success in conjunction with instructors where applicable

Facilitate student testing as it relates to the program requirements

Orientate clinical instructors regarding their roles in facilitating the students' experience

Coordinate scheduling of all required certifications for students to enter clinical placements

Investigate and report on potential external relationships and opportunities including partnerships that could benefit the department

Identify, initiate, and support the coordination of various training programs for the Institute and Bands/Tribal Councils as requested

• Responsible for Study Management and oversight of all Study Management functions internally and at the CROs

• 2-7 years’ experience as a clinical Study, Trial or Project Manager in charge of running trials.

What we look for (minimum qualifications)

• Must have recent experience working for a Pharmaceutical company, biotech or a CRO.

• Working knowledge of Good Clinical Practices, monitoring, clinical and regulatory operations

Good knowledge of biostatistics, Clinical Development, global regulatory environment and pharmacovigilance and working knowledge of medical affairs and payer environment

Proven cross-functional teamwork and collaboration skills

Excellent presentation skills. Can communicate effectively with internal and external collaborators

Demonstrated leadership qualities with focus on collaborative working skills, trust and openness, irrespective of cultural setting

An understanding of the interplay between clinical, commercial objectives, drug safety and regulatory requirements

Life Science-based degree at Masters or above (i.e. M.D., PHD, PharmD, Masters in Life Science-based area)
