Previous experience working in remote camp setting

Minimum of three (3) years working in a remote camp as a Laborer

Carpentry experience is an asset

Knowledge of small manual and powered hand tools

Perform tasks according to safe work practices and safe job procedures

Camp Labor will help with the tear down of a camp

Experience in working in a bakery/food is a plus, but not a requirement. CPG experience preferred.

2 years sales support experience in a manufacturing setting

Proficient PC skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Coordinating and preparing new product listing forms and documents

Working in-retailer portals like Retail Link

Excellent leadership and performance management skills required

Strong problem-solving skills including the experience formulating and executing action plans

Strong personal computing skills, as well as knowledge of KROLL Pharmacy Computer system a definite asset

Experience as a pharmacy manager is not required to apply; we are willing to invest in training the right person.

What You Need To Know

Assist with onboarding and training of new technicians to help upskill the team

High School Diploma or Associate Degree/Certificate, or work experience in a related technology space (aeronautics, engines, electrical, ships, etc.)

Section 609 Refrigerant handling certification preferred

Experience working in a team-based environment and achieving common goals

Basic computer skills, including navigating web browsers and standard applications like Excel and Word.
