Games Operations Supervisor Jobs

Successfully complete an interview, outlining all gaming experience

Demonstrate proficiency in the games where experience is indicated

Possess exceptional guest service skills including a positive demeanor and a calm, steady temperament

Reports player’s gaming activity to management

Coach and provide support to front line associates to help bring their skills to the next level

Communicates information on suspicious table activity to the manager.

To look out for the safety of yourself, co-workers and to follow all Health and Safety requirements in the workplace.

1-2 years’ experience in the casino industry.

Ensure efficient operation of games locations including the hiring, training, development, performance management and motivation of sales associates and supervisory team.

Reorder products, ensure inventory levels are maintained and perform inventory management duties.

Previous amusement park supervisory experience in games environment (preferred).
