Proven sales executive experience, meeting or exceeding targets

Provide strategic direction and management support to the site leaders of the designated airports. This includes:

Work closely with COO on strategy development, contract management, customer pricing, response to Request for Proposals and other ad hoc projects.

Completion of Post-Secondary diploma or degree in a technical field or Business Management preferred.

Minimum 10 years of experience in the aviation industry with direct working knowledge of operations in an airport facility is required.

Minimum 10 years’ experience in a leadership role with demonstrated excellence in management, leadership, clinical judgement and interpersonal skills

Collaborates with the General Manager to ensure quality of Food Services, Facility Management and Hospitality

Responsible for the efficient operations and the ongoing performance management of the care team

Experience in caring for clients with Dementia

Accountable for leadership that ensures and sustains an atmosphere of safe, quality resident and family centered care

Monitors and analyzes department safety and implementation of injury prevention measures

Strong business and financial management skills

Demonstrates effective time management skills

Risk Management: ensure the continuity of service is delivered

Contract management monitor vendors to confirm that they provide the level of service that meets AgeCare’s standards

Metrics: assists in the monitoring and management of the workforce metrics using the appropriate dashboards in UKG, Workday and LMS

University Degree in Business Administration or Hospitality Management an asset;
