Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a similar technical field of study, or equivalent practical experience.

3-6 years of experience in full stack web development.

Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design.

Experience in web application development using technologies such as Java, Angular, React, and AEM.

Strong analytical skills - Be able to think of how to determine root cause and solution when dealing with production issues.

What You Need To Know

Project management training or certification (e.g., PMP, Scrum Master)

Excellent project management, leadership, organization, and problem-solving abilities

Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform) and experience running workshops to identify and define user requirements

Project Management & Scrum Leadership

Maintain platform security, speed, and compliance by staying up-to-date with the latest security standards and technologies, and proactively monitoring vulnerabilities

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a patient and friendly demeanour

Experience with Database Management Systems (SQL SERVER, NoSQL)

Experience with refactoring, and able to manage technical debt within each iteration

Experience with designing, building web-based applications using front-end, back-end, database components

Experience with Front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)

Experience with Backend Development (NodeJS, C#, Java)

Experience with cloud development (AWS, Azure)

· Analyze requirements and design suitable software solutions

· Minimum 3 years experience as a Developer in Microsoft environment using C#, ASP.Net and/or JavaScript.

· Solid skills on object-oriented programming, ORM, DOM

· Solid relational database T-SQL skills (SQL, MySQL, etc.)

· Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, communication, technical skills, and attention to detail.

· Excellent documentation skills with Markdown language and diagrams
