Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

2 years translation experience in Life Sciences and university degree;

5 year experience in Life Sciences and no degree;

Native level of French (Canada) language

High level understanding of the English language

Specialized in this subject matter: Medical – Clinical trials

You have already experience in one of the contents mentioned above

No need to own a CAT Tool but a first experience in CAT tools is required

Marketing (service manuals, documentation, customer communications, websites, promotions)

IT (manuals, articles on information technologies, comparative reviews, press releases, Software localization)

Your mother tongue is Canadian French

You translate from English into Canadian French

Knowledge of educational content design (an asset);

3 to 4 years of experience in translation;

1 to 2 years experience in linguistic revision;

Knowledge and mastery of writing and editing tools and resources (linguistic standards, Office suite, proofreading software);

Creativity, versatility and ability to manage multiple files simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Perform linguistic revision and translation from English to French of training storyboards;

Conduct research and maintain knowledge of the latest terminology in both the source and target languages.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and French.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Salary: $1400 Stipend for 80hrs of work
