The responsibilities will vary depending on the department’s needs; however, will include the following:

Developing skills in portfolio analysis and management

Researching, analyzing, preparing reports and presenting findings to senior management

New Grad Rotational Program – Investment Management

Strong financial knowledge with the ability to pitch investment ideas and complete financial models

Demonstrated initiative and leadership skills

Financial modeling and business analysis skills and expertise

Strong leadership, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication, problem solving and project management skills

Conduct daily site walks and quality assurance checks with the management team

Actively engage in one major capital project from planning, RFP, approval and project management

Strong excel skills required and knowledge of ARGUS Enterprise considered an asset

Review and produce draft budget reports with General Manager/Property Manager

Working towards or have completed your undergraduate degree in Commerce, Finance, Real Estate, Urban Planning/Development or Engineering

Strong research, problem-solving and project management skills, self-motivated with a strong work ethic and high level of attention to detail.

Strong leadership skills, with a commitment to collaborative sharing of knowledge in a collegial environment.

Strong analytical, quantitative and financial modeling skills.

Excellent interpersonal skills, with strong written and verbal communication skills.

Rotational placements may be subject to change to ensure they align with business priorities

Conducting financial analysis, modelling and due diligence

Proven organizational and project management skills

Minimum 2 years’ licensed Avionics experience required

Previous experience on large transport category fixed wing aircraft; preference given to experience with ATR 42/72 and/or RJ85/Bae 146 series aircraft

Extensive knowledge of aircraft systems

Strong troubleshooting skills with good quality workmanship

Performs day-to-day on-aircraft Avionics troubleshooting and repair tasks

Ability to prioritise workload effectively with good time management

Experience of ward and clinical pharmacy services in a range of specialties/settings

Knowledge of Clinical audit / Drug Use Review projects

Communicates well with good listening skills
