Food Production Packager Jobs

Demonstrated ability to work effectively with other staff, clients and management

Minimum one (1) year experience in cooking and food preparation

Strong communication and interpersonal skills including the ability to follow written and oral instructions

Demonstrated ability to use sound professional judgment, initiative and problem solving skills

Successful completion of Food Handlers Course within the past five years

Willingness to learn, accept direction and work effectively in a team environment following established policies and procedures

2 to 4 years of production experience

Experience in agriculture or food manufacturing

Competitive salary $22.00 to $24.00

Rotational shifts (nights, afternoons, and days)

General labour work in the production area

Strong detail orientation and excellent communication/listening skills

Strong decision making and analytic thinking abilities

Meet all attendance and dependability requirements

Make finished goods per product specific manufacturing instructions

Run production machinery (when applicable) to assist in the speedy packaging of our raw materials

Pull raw materials from the Work in Process area or stock rooms per our stock rotation method in preparation for packaging
