Manage counterparty onboarding and assess broker capabilities to ensure continued market access and liquidity to carry out the objectives.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and manage relationships and partnerships across the organization and with external dealers / counterparties.

Partner with internal stakeholders (Portfolio Managers, Insurance Lifeco teams, ALM, Risk, Compliance, Operations) to provide solutions.

Develop new instruments to strengthen the capabilities.

You obsess about customers, listen, engage and act for their benefit.

University degree in a quantitative discipline e.g. engineering, math, science or economics / finance.

6+ years of experience in insights, program management, or marketing strategy

Experience leading research projects from start to finish: survey design, sample recruitment, monitoring, vendor project management, results interpretation/ analysis.

3+ years digital ads experience working in insights/market research/analytics

Ability to manage and set clear expectations across multiple stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Product, Legal, etc.)

Nice to have: +2 years of experience managing individual contributors (2+ people)

Translate data into compelling and actionable narratives, while factoring in stakeholder input/needs

Work with external vendors and technology groups to assess requirements, and drive analysis of proposed solutions

3-7 years of experience with an understanding of Fixed Income and Equities Operations

Experience with regulatory projects in the Fixed Income/Equities domain

Perform regression testing and UAT on platform upgrades

Act as liaison between business and technical development staff and/or vendors

Contribute to multiple concurrent projects, objectives and activities

High Level of Excel skills

General knowledge of Back Office Operations, specifically Fixed Income Securities

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Knowledge of the English is required.

3 to 5 years experiences in Global market/Corporate & Institutional banking operations

Bachelor Degree in a related field (Finance, Accounting, Economics)

Experience in regulatory reporting jurisdictions and requirements

5+ years of experience in business analysis in an international investment bank and/or major financial services firm.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint) with extensive experience using Excel for data analysis

Experience with all phases of Software Development Life Cycle

Comprehensive knowledge of the principles of business analysis

Lead the analysis and requirements gathering for fixed income product flows – bonds, derivatives and exotics

1-3 years of relevant experience in an investment or financial services position

Experience in analyzing fixed income securities including corporate investment grade and High Yield, Emerging Market, and securitization.

5+ years' experience working in Capital Markets and solid knowledge of Fixed Income is required

Secure, control and enhance the process for the regular upgrades and security requirements set up

Experience in ION/MMI or equivalent fixed income trading applications

8+ years of BA experience, IT industry experience preferred

Knowledge of SQL is an asset

Experience in settlement systems such as Broadridge

People and Resource Management Experience will be considered an asset.

Management of the procurement non-disclosure agreement process.

Management of the Procurement Export and ITAR Regulations for all procured goods and services.

Responsible for the implementation and audit compliancy of all FAR / DFAR / DEFSTAN requirements to support government regulated requirements.

Assist Corporate/sister companies with their Contractual requirements.

Experience in an Aerospace Manufacturing environment will be considered an asset.

Degree in Computer Science or Accounting/Finance, or equivalent combination of education and experience, with a strong accounting/business focus.

Strong knowledge of functional accounting and finance principles and a professional accounting designation will be considered an asset.

Maintain domain Application-System knowledge and keeps abreast of solution development progress on OFA/PPM and Tax solution.

Engage Business SMEs to gather and derive business and systems requirements and translate them into functional - technical specifications.

Significant exposure to Oracle or similar ERP applications, and 7+ years or more experience in a large-scale business environment is required.

Experience working with Oracle ERP Cloud SaaS, PaaS & BI Technologies to implement and support OFA Extensions and Custom BI reports.

Management of complex financial models derived from corporate reports, sell-side research, and internally generated assumptions and inputs.

Regular meetings with management teams, research analysts, corporate bankers, and rating agencies to inform and develop investment views.

Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements.

Coach and develop the investment capabilities of junior team members.

Undergraduate degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related field.

Registered, or the ability to be registered, as an Assistant Portfolio Manager.

Excellent understanding of data management; experience working with data quality rules, issues, and measurement.

Gather business requirements, perform detailed analysis, and produce associated functional specifications across multiple functions.

Apt in understanding the business requirements and documenting them

Experience in understanding and preparing business process docs, front-to-back data flows, etc.

Strong Excel skills to analyze and interpret complex data along with strong documentation skills
