Fixed Income Entitlements Analyst (P&I)
Provides support and delivers - Asset Servicing (corporate actions/entitlements) ensuring all P&I, Coupon & maturities are being processed in a timely manner. Ensuing wires are being verified and approved in a timely manner and necessary team like Cash management, MO/FO teams are informed as necessary. Reviewing journal entries are posted accurately and timely. Reviewing all the exception items in the concerned GL accounts and ensuring the items are matched off in the reconciliation system. Actively engaging and coordinating with internal teams like settlements, wire department, cash management to process and resolve break. Should have ability to understand Corporate action event and actively reach out to the concerned teams to ensure the necessary approval are obtained and the required actions are taken prior to the deadline. Knowledge of ICI Impact, CDS, DTC, BONY, Imatch, Clearstream, Euroclear would be advantageous
- Designs and produces regular and ad-hoc reports, and dashboards.
- Recommends and implements solutions based on analysis of issues and implications for the business.
- Builds effective relationships with internal/external stakeholders.
- Follows documented policies and procedures to execute day to day transactions, activities, processes and ensure all Service Level Agreements(SLAs) are met. Checks and reconciles information and documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Analyzes data and information to provide insights and recommendations.
- Provides input and analysis into the continuous improvement of business processes and procedures within the scope of the work team, and participates in the planning, testing and implementation of projects and new/ revised products/services or processes as required.
- Helps determine business priorities and best sequence for execution of business/group strategy.
- May acts as the day to day contact for vendors; supports the implementation, maintenance, and sustainment of vendor solutions.
- Integrates information from multiple sources to enable more efficient processes, enhanced analysis and/or streamlined reporting.
- Supports the execution of strategic initiatives in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitors and tracks performance, and addresses any issues.
- Employs systems (e.g., customer exception reports, tracking reports etc.) to manage information.
- Breaks down strategic problems, and analyses data and information to provide insights and recommendation.
- Influences and negotiates to achieve business objectives.
- Understands the regulatory requirements and risks inherent in the operations and ensures appropriate actions are taken and operational integrity is maintained.
- Evaluates circumstances requiring exceptions and engages senior management for resolution where required.
- Acts as a trusted advisor to assigned business/group.
- Analyzes and resolve complex issues efficiently and effectively in accordance with Bank and industry standards. Act as primary back-up to team members and as back-up to the manager.
- Fulfill routine and frequently non-routine transactions, internal business partner and/or external customer inquiries/requests, and/or audit/reconciliation activities.

- Typically between 5 - 7 years of relevant experience and post-secondary degree in related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
