Assist with various functions of the Municipal Asset Management Program;

Providing assistance to the Asset Management Coordinator with deliveries of required supplies to all fire stations within the Town;

Organizing departmental files and completing records management;

Demonstrated experience using a variety of software platforms for data entry and reports;

Having 10 (min) to 20 year (Max) experience with at least 3 years in the Oil & Gas, is preferable.

Should be an effective communicator(Fluency in English) and have excellent computer knowledge.

Salary: USD 10,000 per month Tax free + Rotational Flights and Benefits

B.Sc. Degree in Engineering (in a related discipline preferred)

Having occupied a position at least equal / equivalent to the Fire Chief or higher.

10. To review a number of fire risk, assessment each year and monitor compliance

These Include The Following Broad Range Of Accountabilities

Deliver volunteer structural firefighting training to Saskatchewan First Nations communities

Complete all course-required materials including attendance records and course evaluations

Use appropriate methods of evaluating and recording student progress within set time frames

Ensure a positive, diverse and inclusive work and learning environment

Adhere to and promote academic regulations and SIIT policies and procedures

At least 5 year's fire sprinkler design experience that are NFPA approved for both new and existing buildings

Experience with HydraCAD/AutoCAD and hydraulic calculations

NICET certification and/or have the ability to become certified

Working expertise of 3D modelling design software (e.g. Revit)

Manage Fire Prevention and Education programs.

Data entry and maintenance of inspections on FDMS.

Implement and manage a progressive fire department training syllabus IAW statement of work and other applicable documents.

NFPA 1021 Level 1, 1031, 1035 and 1033, with two years’ experience as a Fire Prevention Officer is required.

Annual ARFF re-certification in accordance with STANAG 7145 Minimum Core Competency.

General level of computer skills is required.

Exemplary leadership, public relations, presentation, and interpersonal skills; ability to collaborate effectively with municipal administration personnel

5+ years progressive leadership including experience in an interim or permanent Fire Chief or Deputy Fire Chief role
