University Degree or College Diploma in Business or equivalent relevant experience

2+ years of experience in a multi-disciplinary environment with a scheduling component

Excellent organizational skills with great attention to detail

A minimum of 2 years related property management experience

Strong organizational and time management skills

Knowledge of Yardi Property Management software an asset

Tenancy Management and Resident Communication:

Records and maintains resident unit files in Yardi (property management software), and hardcopy including all tenancy related records;

Grade twelve diploma or equivalent education

Perform a variety of maintenance and property management related functions.

Participates in recruitment, retention, and oversees team performance management; and

Supervision of a service industry workforce, prior experience as a maintenance manager or supervisor strongly preferred..

Manages contracts and quality control of service delivery;

Manages the approved vendor list and obtains quotes as required in accordance with procurement policy and processes;

Collecting, reviewing and analyzing operational, practice, and available health data to determine trends, gaps, and make recommendations to management

Experience/Education/ training in cultural safety, GBA+, and trauma informed practice

An equivalent combination of related education and experience may be considered.

Working with regional and provincial health and mental health programs to ensure accessibility/accommodations for people with developmental disabilities
