Filling Specialist I Jobs in Ontario

Prior experience in aseptic filling operations within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or medical device industry.

Attention to detail, excellent organizational and record keeping skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, sterile environment.

Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented setting.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Knowledge of safety standards in a laboratory environment.

·Associate's degree or relevant technical certification preferred.

2+ years of experience in marketing and marketing project management, or position of similar responsibilities.

Thorough knowledge of Marketing and Promotion production concepts, including print process, marketing media management, promotions, and segmentation.

Strong project management and account management experience required.

Exceptional project management abilities including managing budgets, deadlines, partners, and clients.

Manage marketing projects from concept through execution.

Creative writing skills is a strong asset.

Attain proficiency in video management software (e.g., Detexi, Sureview-Immix, Avigilon, StealthVision, etc.) utilized to monitor client sites

Meeting the standards of monitoring as defined by management

Computer literate and excellent knowledge / willingness to learn of video monitoring software

Monitoring the CCTVs for assigned sites and escalating the events based on the most appropriate escalation type

Conduct video guard tours and/or patrols and follow defined protocols to escalate

Ensure all systems are online, noting any malfunctions and notifying the Supervisor of all issues

As required, complete Non-conformance/Quality Management Reports (QMRs/CAPAs) to ensure compliance with program requirements.

As required, oversee management of AE/PV inbox and conduct follow-ups.

Participates in coverage for escalated MI inquiry management after business hours.

Strong knowledge of drug benefit/risk profile, various disease states, internal medicine, physiology, toxicology and pharmacology will be considered an asset.

Preparation and submission of reconciliation reports as per the program requirements and/or PV agreement.

Perform QC (quality check) of journal notes/PIRs/RSN calls/Lab reports/PV reports and other applicable documents to ensure compliance with PV reporting requirements.
