Fast Food Crew Jobs in Ontario

Provide strategic guidance and support to the senior management team.

Expertise in brand building, marketing, and brand management.

Proven experience in managing franchisee/franchisor relationships at a senior level.

Preferred experience in the retail or restaurant industry.

Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally.

Develop a compelling long-term vision and strategy to optimize the performance of our brand.

Proving knowledge of Safe Food Handling Procedures and Health and Safety Practices

Working knowledge of cash register and tendering procedures

Basis knowledge of alcoholic beverages

Responsible for obtaining and maintaining Smart Serve certification

Must be available to work days, evenings and overnights

Proven ability to deal professionally and courteously with customers

Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive dining experience.

Prior experience in a fast-paced food service environment is preferred, but not required.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.

Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing.

Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices is a plus.

Greet customers with a friendly and welcoming demeanor, taking their orders accurately and efficiently.
