Possess advanced computer skills, analytical capabilities and the ability to problem solve;

Manage projects up to approximately $5 million in value from initiation through implementation to close-out;

Manage 3rd party engineering consultants, fabrication facilities, vendors and construction service providers through the development of projects;

Apply technical and problem-solving capabilities to improve projects and support business growth opportunities;

Participate in knowledge sharing discussions with operations engineering team;

Advanced project management skills including demonstrated effectiveness in planning and coordinating major projects from conceptual design through construction completion.

Comprehensive knowledge of health care and relevant government procedures, standards and requirements.

Ability to productively use word processing, spreadsheet, database, and project management software.

Broad knowledge of the planning and construction processes associated with facilities development.

Strong negotiation, interpersonal and communication skills.

Determines staff complement of assigned area/department and selects, directs, supervises and evaluates staff to ensure effective performance of duties;

Familiarity with Live Product support and Release Management principles.

5+ years working as a Game Producer/Project Manager, Development Director or Program Manager working on game development projects.

Experience shipping at least one title on a game development team in a Production capacity, preferably one AAA game.

Strong analytical, problem resolution, and decision-making skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Experience working directly on PC, Console and mobile Free To Play, Games As A Service development.
