Estate Caretaker Jobs

Stay current relative to pertinent legislation, policy and risk management issues.

Stay current on the business unit's strategy and client offerings

Good knowledge of various insurance products as estate planning tools.

Advanced knowledge of common law related to wills, estates and trusts

Excellent written, verbal, and electronic communication skills.

Knowledge of Insurance Planning and Solutions

Perform administrative and caretaking duties according to procedures and instructions set by the Property Manager,

Excellent organization and communication skills

Working knowledge of the Residential Tenancy Act an assets

When necessary deal with emergencies on a 24hr basis during the workweek,

Book viewings of suites and interview potential tenants,

Complete accurate detailed move in/out reports for each tenant and supervise moves to ensure security is maintained,

Manage professional estate trustee files.

Confident in your research abilities;

A good communicator with interpersonal skills;

Knowledgeable in the wills & estates area;

STEP certification in Estates and Trust administration is an asset;
