Proven management capabilities.                  

Develop and execute market strategy and tools to satisfy our clients' ESG supplier management needs. 

Build a network of SME consultants to assist with ESG strategy and project implementation for supplier management at our clients. 

Train and capacitate internal staff on sales, implementation and management of ESG initiatives. 

Other tasks and projects as directed by management 

Implement the internal ESG strategy in conjunction with relevant departments that also have ESG related responsibilities. 

Experience or education in data management and analysis with strong Excel and digital data platform use abilities.

Excellent communication, organizational, interpersonal and time management skills and an adaptable, flexible attitude to participate where needed.

Coordinate projects, manage timelines and complete administrative duties to ensure projects move ahead as required.

Experience in the analysis of utility data, energy, water, and waste data is preferred.

Experience or a strong interest in the energy, sustainability, GHG emissions and/or corporate social responsibility fields.

Ability to work well with cross-functional teams independently and remotely.

Salaries are based on qualifications and experience and typically range from $43,500 to $64,000, plus performance-based incentive.

Uses business software applications to prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, agendas, minutes, or perform data entry.

Manages VP’s travel schedule, travel approvals and bookings.

Manages and coordinates Leadership meetings (including the development of agendas and materials) & minutes (Weekly, Monthly, Townhalls, etc.).

Minimum 3 years’ experience in administrative for a Senior Leadership Executive.

Strong knowledge in the operation of computer applications (e.g. Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook and other related programs).

Support site implementation of Vale’s management model and enable model’s adoption.

Support the identification, mapping, and management of ESG risks for Vale’s sites/assets.

Minimum of 3-4 years relevant experience in similar subject area.

Experience in using data collection and analysis tools.

Educational or experiential knowledge of business, preferably in Sustainability, Social Sciences or Environmental Studies.

Manage work in respect of tight deadlines & multi-tasking, handling several projects at any one time.

Have experience working with or in different global contexts.

Experience working in an unstructured, complex, and challenging environment that forces development of problem solving and critical thinking skills

Experience with Python and/or R and/or Matlab and/or Database development experience (SQL Server) and knowledge in data analytics

Contribute to thought leadership and reporting requirements consistent with RBC GAM’s responsible investment commitments

3-5 years of relevant experience

Knowledge of ESG issues with a good understanding of financial markets and responsible investment

Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel

Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint,), with particularly strong experience in Excel

Strong communications, writing (in English), analytical research, and organizational skills

Minimum 2 years relevant experience in the above, experience within the construction or renewable industry strongly preferred

Create SunGrid Vision and Sustainability goals and ESG Policy.

Lead client engagements for topics related to ESG disclosure, sustainability programs and reporting.

Provide information to clients upon request regarding topics relating to corporate responsibility, sustainability, and ESG.

2-3 years of work experience in ESG/data management/analytics in a fast-paced environment

Strong planning, organization, and time management skills

Experience and demonstrated interest in sustainability and social impact

Post-secondary education in a related field like environmental studies, sustainability, or corporate social responsibility

Has strong critical thinking skills and is a solution provider.

Summarizing and evaluating the incident according to our proprietary methodology

A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree. A background in journalism, international relations, environmental, social, or media sciences is a plus

A strong interest in environmental, social, and/or corporate governance issues.

Bachelor’s degree and above in Engineering or Management in either finance, economics, environment management or sustainability;

Ability to work independently under a remote management structure;
