Maintain store hardware systems, including point-of-sale systems, operational software programs and communication networks

Perform regular cleaning and maintenance of equipment (e.g. cleaning MSR hardware)

Perform regular system backups as per the established procedures and schedule

Function as the primary store contact with the Information Technology department, including problem reporting and resolution, and systems and software deployment

Manage day to day quality of Pricing Data Model

Query data as per business requirements

Experience with handling large volume of data in spreadsheets

Experience with SAP or Salesforce is an asset

Experience working in a fast-paced environment

Upload pricing information in SAP & Salesforce

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage shifting priorities

2 years experience in a warehouse, inventory control, shipping/receiving environment along with arranging heavy equipment freight

Effective verbal and written communication skills

Arranges freight for Heavy Equipment /Construction Equipment - includes quotations from multiple vendors, coordination with vendors, documentation

Ensures maintenance and accuracy of inventory tracking

Transfers data from working documentation to PCL systems

Related trade, technologist, or engineering certification or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience

Providing effective management of inspections and repair projects, demonstrating excellent safety practices

3+ years in an administrative, planning, or project management role

Strong organization skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

Experience conducting third-party inspections in an industrial environment

Experience working in a highly industrial environment (terminal experience will be an asset)

Minimum 5 years in pricing management Business Analysis, or any Analytical / Strategic field.

Knowledge of basic vehicle repair would be considered an asset

Strong organizational skills, sound judgment and excellent decision-making abilities.

Previous experience in the dental field preferred.

Computer and general accounting skills required.

Processing all equipment orders from the Equipment Specialists, Territory Salespeople and all internal/external customers.

Maintains an optimum inventory of equipment items and a current customer file for all equipment purchases.

Organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.

·Receives, reviews, and expedites requisitions and manages the flow of equipment inventory for checks in/out.

Excellent people and communication skills, both oral and written.

Basic Microsoft Office and computer skills.

·Maintains and coordinates equipment area, supplies, and materials.

·Ensure equipment is cleaned, maintained, and disinfected.

Initiate and manage sub-rental of equipment where necessary.

Offer technology & service solutions to meet customer needs while focusing on increasing utilisation of warehouse & venue housed inventory.

2+ years of logistics or customer service experience, within the audio-visual or related service industry preferred.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Knowledge of event audio-visual equipment would be highly advantageous.

Demonstrated history of an ability to achieve results through effective collaborative relationship and project management.

Ensuring sales audit requirements are met for Caterpillar Marketing Support Claims

Follow up with sales rep/sales manager/cat reps on any discretionary supporting documents

Secondary diploma required, post-secondary education in a Mathematics or Economics field is preferred

Excellent spreadsheet and reporting skills using MS Office suite

Knowledge of equipment, solutions, components and systems
