QUALIFICATIONS: Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Provide support functions with other Facilities Management operations and maintenance as required.

Building Maintenance Level 1 & 2 Certification is an asset.

Current Standard First Aid/CPR/AED Certification or equivalent (including CPR C) is an asset.

Previous arena and custodial experience is an asset.

Arial lift, fall protection, fork lift, skid steer certifications is an asset.

Have experience as requested as mentioned above

Skid steer, loader, fork lift expereince considered an asset

Preference will be given to applicants with a mechanical background.

Must have a valid driver's licence.

Be proficient in English, both verbally and written

Have a valid Class 5 Driver’s License

Intermediate computer skills, with experience in Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook and Word

Administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and document control

1-2 years of administrative or clerical accounting experience

Strong attention to detail and exceptional data entry
