Understand the legal responsibilities and moral imperative to report suspected child abuse to Child Protection Services.

A minimum of two years related experience an asset;

Sound knowledge of relevant legislation relating to employment and local labour market opportunities

Demonstrated knowledge of the local labour market and self-marketing techniques

Superior presentation and facilitation skills

Well-developed interpersonal, and relationship building skills; ability to establish rapport and excellent communication with members, staff and volunteers

Minimum of five (5+) years of Foodservice management or equivalent combination of education and experience; Culinary Experience an asset.

Provide a consultation with the customer (e.g., inventory management, social media, menu analysis, marketing, etc.).

Completion of post-secondary education or equivalent experience.

Manage customer Business Resources/STIR Sessions and provide relevant information for the sessions; stays current on market and industry trends.

Facilitates & designs educational content for internal/external food shows, workshops, roadshows and online events.

Complies with Sysco’s Food Safety Policy and procedures to ensure food safety, quality and legality requirements are met.

Engage in training and education to upgrade skills as directed by WoodGreen Community Services to fulfil responsibilities of the position.

3+ years experience in case management

Responsible for implementing all activities as per the annual work-plan developed together with management within the stipulated timeframe.

Follow case and data management standards. Databases used include but may not be limited to CRM and iCARE.

Responsible for representing the unit on internal staff committees as directed by the Management.

Proven ability in case management.

3+ years experience in case management

• Experience with developing policies and procedures, implementation strategies, and project management methodologies

• Strong knowledge of ERP solutions, modernizing applications, migrating, upgrading and release management of applications

• Experience leading requirements gathering, solutioning, program planning and proposal development Interpersonal and Communication Skills

• 10+ years of experience managing various ERP systems encompassing multitude of integrations, and major upgrades

• Experience managing large teams, working with senior business leadership, technical teams, consultants, vendors and large projects

• Great experience with integrations tools, methodologies, and governance
