University degree in the field of Human Resources Management, Business, Industrial Relations or a related discipline.

Knowledge, experience and expertise in the area of workplace dispute resolution is required.

Minimum of 5 years progressive Human Resources experience.

Strong ability to influence outcomes, verbal and written communications skills as well as strong research organizational and analytical skills.

Bachelor’s degree in human resources management.

Manager, Talent Partner & Experience

Provide subject matter expertise, as it relates to legal compliance and legislative requirements along with WVC policies and procedures.

3-5 years of experience in a Human Resources Generalist or Partner role.

In-depth knowledge of Ontario employment laws, practices, regulations.

Working knowledge of agile methodology and principles/mindset.

5+ years of experience in technical account management, developer relations, technical customer relations, product management, or related roles

What you will do as a Senior Partner Experience Manager

Experience with HD or mobile gaming industry, development, platforms, and ecosystems

Strong interpersonal and mediation skills

Experience leading within a distributed environment across global locations is a plus
