Electronics Manufacturing Technician Jobs in Nova Scotia

Some working experience in manufacturing, operations or production required;

Some experience with mechanical or electronic equipment is a plus;

Computer skills, MS Office required;

Working hygienically in a controlled environment

Maintaining accurate documentation and record keeping

Work within a self-directed team environment

SMT rework skills and experience operating machines from UIC, DEK, and Vitronics an asset.

Have at least two years experience in working on a SMT line and/or be a graduate of a SMT Tech program.

Must have working knowledge of placement standards and Pb free soldering and processing (IPC).

Standing for long periods of time and overtime are a requirement.

Program, setup, operate and troubleshoot surface mount machines for defects.

Keep machines and equipment in top running order to ensure production can operate at peak efficiency.
