Senior Editorial and Campaigns Manager

3 weeks’ vacation upon starting

Effective management skills including ability to motivate people

Ensure team receives the training on the skills and knowledge to proficiently perform the role.

Collaborates with other Operations Team Managers and senior management across internal operations departments to resolve problems or enhance processes.

Provides functional area expertise, oversight, problem resolution, training, analysis, and reporting as required across a variety of group responsibilities.

Positive experience from internal partners and external clients.

Strong customer service orientation and excellent written and verbal communication skills

Partner with senior leaders across the company to craft inspiring and impactful strategic content

Improve engagement and understanding of our company strategy by elevating how that story is told

Write and edit long-form narrative stories that align with our company strategy and vision on our external blog

Navigate ambiguity and juggle competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

Strong executive presence. You can confidently and clearly communicate with senior leaders, earn their trust, and reliably deliver on deadlines.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task, prioritize and meet deadlines.

Expert knowledge in programs including (but not limited to); Wordpress, Email, Google Meet, and more.

Previous experience in media publishing. (not required but preferred.)

4+ years related work experience in related workforce - sales, account management, retail leadership

Account Management experience is required

Retail store or regional manager experience preferred

Work cross-functionally to deliver strategies across guest experience, training, arena brand experience, educator experience, and Marketing

You will work cross functionally with Community, Sports Marketing, Product, and more, on experiences and activations within Arenas

You provide onboarding with the right tools and training, including product education, VM, brand, social media best practices

Minimum 8-10 years' progressively senior leadership and management experience in leading/directing content creation.

Strong organizational skills, including the ability to manage several projects at once by strategizing and maintaining central processes.

Proven experience in editing and proofreading, with strong editorial skills–an eye for detail and inconsistencies.

Elevate our content strategy by providing creative thought leadership focusing on delivering unparalleled client-first experiences.

Video or multimedia production experience is a valued asset.

Knowledge of social media and SEO a valued asset

Experienced in client-facing roles and/or multi-stakeholder management

Manage content communications and deliverables from briefing to delivery, ensuring they remain within scope, timeline, and budget

An English language maestro; have expert communication skills, a creative, growth mindset and an eye for quality creative

Someone with excellent interpersonal skills and a knack for diplomacy

Highly organized and meticulous, and are able to multitask and manage competing deadlines

A technically knowledgeable person on publishing best practices, including SEO and social media

·Coordinating with management and other department heads

Strong Written & Communications Skill a must

Excellent interpersonal / organisational skills- able to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Ability to successfully manage several projects simultaneously and meet regular deadlines.

Strong Excel skills, Microsoft word and Outlook.
