3+ years of experience in KYC/AML/CTF financial compliance and regulations as they pertain to the BSA and the PATRIOT Act

In-depth, hands-on knowledge of KYC/AML/CTF typologies, including B2B activity

Effective written and verbal communication skills

Perform QA reviews on complex client relationships

Thoroughly document EDD/CDD review findings in the system of records including all pertinent facts, information, and findings

Willingness to adapt in a fast-paced work environment; strong sense of urgency

1-2 years of project management experience

Intermediate statistical analysis skills; experience with SPSS, Python, R, or other stats software

Remain fully informed on market trends, other parties research and implement best practices with a willingness to evolve and grow skillset

3-5 years of related work experience

Intermediate (advanced is ideal, not required) Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets skills including formulas, pivot tables, V-look-up

Intermediate PowerBI or Tableau skills; other data visualization platform skills a plus

Responsible for the delivery of accurate and timely month-end variance and management reporting

Participate in various FP&A activities, including preparing presentations for the Senior Management team

Strong and effective verbal and written communication to interact with all levels of management

Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Accounting or Finance
