Own the management and maintenance of e-commerce website(s) to ensure a strong user and brand experience.

University or College degree in Marketing/Business Management/Communications or relevant field

Path for Success- Qualifications and Experience

Take lead in recommending additional enhancements to improve data available for future learnings as well as customer experience.

Record of delivering eCom growth, including 5-7+ years of eCom experience.

Experience leading campaigns and new initiatives on Shopify.

Knowledge of SEO management and e-commerce;

End to end management of the brand’s e-commerce site, social media platforms and digital media strategies

Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and customer relationship management (CRM) tools

Strong analytical skills (KPI reporting, analysis of reporting and implementing strategies alongside the Marketing Manager)

Gather and interpret online analytics to be used in improving user experience and increasing sales and generating leads

Review, analyze and provide weekly/monthly reporting on KPIs, track sales; create/manage an accurate monthly demand forecasting

Organize and manage e-commerce and creative team’s workflow.

Consumer journey (Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points).

Lead and manage the web migration including platform evaluation/recommendation, and content evolution of web sites.

Track and manage on-going updates to web content and different platforms.

At least five (5) years of experience in digital marketing roles, preferably in the beauty, OTC or CPG industry.

Experienced in working closely with marketing teams, creative agencies, and other cross-functional counterparts.

Collaborate on problem definition, in partnership with Product Management.

3+ years of experience in product design or user experience design, preferably in retail, ecommerce, omni-channel or adjacent industries.

Solid presentation skills to share your work with credibility, clarity, and confidence.

Experience translating qualitative and quantitative data into design decisions.

If immigration support required: BA / BS degree UX/UI design, UCD, HCI, or related field of study, or equivalent experience.
